AROMATHERAPY
Essential oils like lavender, chamomile, and frankincense can promote feelings of calm and tranquility, reducing anxiety and stress. Each pod comes with 3 different essential oil sprays.
INTEGRATED RED LIGHT THERAPY
Red light therapy can be activated within the pod to stimulate cellular regeneration and enhance overall wellbeing. This subtle, restorative light supports both mental clarity and physical renewal during each session.
VIBROACOUSTIC THERAPY
