Independent Sales Representative.

What We’re Looking For:

A business development and sales-oriented individual that can lead the efforts to:

  • Generate initial deposits (orders) of our next generation meditation pod, called the Iris pod. 
  • Generate Sales of the Lotus Pod (as a secondary goal)

Proven experience selling one or more of the following to commercial clients:

  • High-end furniture, spa equipment, or fitness equipment.
  • Wellness products and services to medium or large corporations.
  • B2B software solutions to companies of all sizes.

This Role Offers:

  • A monthly retainer, plus commissions and performance-based compensation.
  • Ideal for someone currently working part-time but seeking a full-time role in the next 3-6 months.
  • Potential for the role to evolve into a full-time Sales & Business Development leadership position after our seed round of funding and established performance

Tools and Support Provided:

  • Access to a robust database with hundreds of leads.
  • Established marquee clients in various sectors including hospitals, corporate offices, and hotels/spas.
  • Weekly incoming leads.
  • An upcoming press campaign.
  • Training and direct collaboration with company founders.
  • Marketing materials (website, videos, brochures, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Based in Miami (preferred).
  • A seasoned meditator with a deep understanding of meditation, personal growth, and corporate wellness culture. Familiarity with emerging wellness technologies and industries.
  • 7-10 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in B2B wellness products, medical devices, or spa equipment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self driven and ability to drive independent learning and grow autonomously as an individual contributor.
  • Strong project management skills and a proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to large companies with complex, multi-level decision-making processes.
  • Passionate about wellness, holistic living, and personal growth.
  • Familiar with CRM software and best practices.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and with a successful track record in sales.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and stay organized.
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.
  • Enthusiastic about start-up culture and willing to take on diverse roles as needed.
  • Advanced knowledge of meditation, mindfulness, and the wellness industry.
